CreatorHeart respects the intellectual property rights of others and adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on creatorheart.com without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

To request content removal, send an email to hello@creatorheart.com with the following details:

• Your full legal name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The exact URL(s) of the infringing content
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your electronic or physical signature

2. How We Respond

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it. That user may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to hello@creatorheart.com including:

• Your name, address, and contact information
• Identification of the material removed and its original location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your region
• Your signature (physical or electronic)

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated, at the sole discretion of CreatorHeart.
