Featured Creator Policy

This Featured Creator Policy explains how creators can be selected for special placement on CreatorHeart (operated by GrowMediaMore LLC, 312 W 2nd St #A3573, Casper, WY 82601, USA), the duration of such placements, and the rules for paid and merit-based features.

1) Purpose of Featuring

Featured placements are designed to give select creators increased visibility on CreatorHeart, making it easier for brands to discover and collaborate with them.

2) Criteria for Being Featured

• High-quality, original content in their niche (verified by CreatorHeart team).
• Positive track record of completed collaborations on CreatorHeart.
• Professional and responsive communication.
• Strong social media presence or community engagement.
• Compliance with Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines (if applicable).
• No active disputes or unresolved policy violations.

3) Duration & Placements

• Featured placements typically run for 7–30 days depending on the package or merit award.
• Placements may appear in multiple locations:
  • Homepage “Featured Creators” section.
  • Top of relevant location/category pages.
  • CreatorHeart’s social media posts and newsletters.
• CreatorHeart reserves the right to adjust placement location or duration based on platform updates or special campaigns.

4) Paid vs. Merit-Based Featuring

Merit-Based Featuring:

• Granted at CreatorHeart’s discretion based on performance, content quality, and contribution to the community.
• No payment is required for merit-based placements.

Paid Featuring:

• Available to creators who wish to secure guaranteed placement for a set period.
• Pricing, duration, and placement details are shared during booking and agreed before payment.
• Payment for featured placement is non-refundable once the campaign starts, except in cases where CreatorHeart is unable to provide the agreed placement due to technical or operational issues.

5) Removal of Featured Status

• CreatorHeart may remove a featured placement early if:
  • The creator violates platform rules or policies.
  • The creator is involved in a serious dispute that could impact trust.
  • The creator’s content is removed for copyright or legal reasons.
• If removal occurs due to policy violation, no refund will be issued for paid placements.

6) Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Significant changes may be communicated via email or platform notification.
