By accessing or using our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform and website (creatorheart.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform.

1. Use of Our Platform

CreatorHeart provides a unified storefront and link-in-bio tool for creators. You agree to use CreatorHeart only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer of Product Liability & Commission Handling

CreatorHeart operates exclusively as a software platform (a "display window") that allows creators to organize, format, and showcase collections of their own third-party affiliate links. We are not a retailer, manufacturer, or an affiliate network.

• No Commission Handling: CreatorHeart does not track, generate, collect, hold, or distribute affiliate commissions. We are completely disconnected from the financial transactions between the creator, the affiliate network (e.g., LTK, Amazon), and the end buyer. Any disputes regarding missing, tracked, or delayed commissions must be taken up directly with the respective third-party network.
• No Product Responsibility: We do not sell, stock, ship, or guarantee any of the physical or digital products displayed on creator storefronts. We hold no liability for product quality, shipping delays, returns, or customer service. If a follower purchases an item through a link on CreatorHeart, their transaction is solely with the third-party retailer.

2. Creator Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content & Links

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload to your storefront.
• License: By uploading content, you grant CreatorHeart a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and format your content to operate your public storefront.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload explicit, illegal, highly regulated, or copyright-infringing material.

4. Affiliate Links & Earnings

• No Commission Cuts: CreatorHeart acts strictly as a presentation layer. We do not process affiliate payouts and we do not take a percentage of your commissions.
• Third-Party Networks: You are responsible for generating your own direct affiliate links (e.g., via LTK, ShopMy, Amazon Associates) and pasting them into our platform. All tracking, cookies, and payouts are handled exclusively by your chosen third-party networks.
• Compliance: You are solely responsible for adhering to the terms of service of your affiliate networks and ensuring proper FTC disclosures (e.g., indicating that your links are affiliate links) on your storefront.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free & Pro Tiers: We offer a Free plan with limited features and posting allowances, and a paid Pro plan for increased limits and premium features.
• Payments: Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our secure payment processor (Stripe). By upgrading, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Because CreatorHeart is a digital service, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform design, code, logos, layouts, and software are the intellectual property of GrowMediaMore LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering of our SaaS platform is strictly prohibited.

7. Third-Party Links

Your storefront will naturally contain links to third-party retailers and websites. CreatorHeart is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or product fulfillment of any external sites you or your audience visit.

8. Limitation of Liability

CreatorHeart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, lost affiliate commissions, tracking errors by third-party networks, or temporary platform downtime.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
