1. Use of Our Platform

You agree to use CreatorHeart only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access at our discretion.

2. Creator & Brand Accounts

When you create an account as a Creator or Brand, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Content Submissions

When you submit articles, images, or profile information, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, publish, and promote your content on CreatorHeart and its marketing channels.

4. Secure Collaborations & Payments

• All collaborations between Brands and Creators must be discussed and confirmed through CreatorHeart’s secure chat system.
• Brands agree to deposit the full collaboration amount into CreatorHeart’s escrow before work begins.
• CreatorHeart holds the payment until the Creator delivers the agreed work and the Brand approves it.
• After approval, CreatorHeart deducts a decided commission with creator and releases the remaining payment to the Creator’s bank account.

5. Refunds & Disputes

• Brands have a fixed review period (as stated in our Refund & Delivery Policy) to approve, request revisions, or open a dispute.
• If a dispute is opened, CreatorHeart’s admin will review all relevant evidence and make a final decision.
• Refunds may be issued if the Creator fails to deliver or delivers work substantially different from the agreed brief.
• CreatorHeart’s decision in disputes is final and binding.

6. Featured Creators

Featured placements may be offered based on merit, platform selection, or paid promotional packages. Placement duration and visibility are subject to our Featured Creator Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including logos, design, and layout, is the intellectual property of GrowMediaMore LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

CreatorHeart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
