Collaboration Safety

Yes, completely safe. We only release payment to the creator after the brand has approved the final product, ensuring both parties are protected.

How it works:

  1. The brand creates a collaboration request and discusses the project details (scope, date, and delivery time frame) with the creator in the presence of a CreatorHeart admin.
  2. Once both parties agree, our admin issues a secure payment link for the decided amount to the brand.
  3. The brand completes the payment, and then the creator begins working on the project.
  4. After the brand approves the final delivery, CreatorHeart releases the payment to the creator (minus any agreed commission).

This process prevents fraud, protects the brand’s investment, and ensures the creator is paid for their work.

No. Always make your payments only through the official CreatorHeart payment link issued by our admin.

Paying directly to a creator bypasses our secure process and removes payment protection. If a brand pays outside of CreatorHeart, we cannot guarantee delivery or provide dispute assistance.

For your safety and to ensure smooth collaboration, only pay when you receive a CreatorHeart-issued payment request.

Badges

Top Creator – Awarded to creators with an excellent history of successful collaborations, positive brand reviews, outstanding past work, and proven experience. These creators often receive more collaboration opportunities due to their performance.

Trusted – Given to creators we have worked with for a long time who have consistently delivered quality work. They are considered highly reliable and well-connected with us through long-term partnerships.

Creators with a strong track record can apply for these badges by emailing us at hello@creatorheart.com. We will review the application and award one or both badges based on eligibility. Applying does not guarantee a badge; awards are based on our internal review.

Recommendation: We encourage brands to prioritize collaborations with creators who have these badges for better reliability and quality assurance.

Activate Collaboration Feature

CreatorHeart offers two main creator opportunities:

1. Spotlight Feature (Article Publishing) – Open to all creators who produce high-quality work or have excellent Instagram account health. Simply submit your feature request at creatorheart.com/submit. Our team reviews your content quality, account health, and written article. If approved, your spotlight article will be published.

2. Collaboration Feature – Available only to selected creators for security and anti-fraud purposes, ensuring brands get safe and trustworthy partnerships. If you are a creator or influencer and want this feature, email us at hello@creatorheart.com. We’ll review your profile, discuss commission percentage, payout methods, and, if approved, activate the collaboration feature on your account.
About CreatorHeart

CreatorHeart is a storytelling, discovery, and collaboration platform for influencers and digital creators worldwide. We feature creators through spotlight articles grouped by city and niche, and now also offer a built-in collaboration system where brands and creators can connect, negotiate, and manage projects directly on the platform.

We welcome passionate content creators and influencers — from fashion bloggers to lifestyle creators. However, not all submissions are guaranteed. We review profile quality, content, and relevance for both spotlight features and collaborations. For spotlight features, a minimum of 10,000 followers is currently required. Collaboration eligibility may vary depending on the project.

Some spotlight features and collaborations may be free, while others may involve a fee or commission depending on visibility, promotion level, or project terms. Only eligible creators who meet our criteria are reviewed for features or matched for collaborations.
Spotlight Articles

A Spotlight is an editorial feature that highlights a creator’s story, niche, and best work. It includes a curated bio, selected posts, and links so brands can quickly evaluate fit.

Submit at creatorheart.com/submit with your bio, WebP profile image (under 100KB), and Instagram handle. Our team reviews quality, originality, and relevance.

Both exist. Merit Spotlights are awarded at our discretion. Paid Spotlights or boosts (homepage, category top, social/newsletter) secure guaranteed visibility for a set period.

Content should be accurate, non-misleading, and original. We may lightly edit for clarity and formatting. You can request factual corrections via hello@creatorheart.com.

Yes. Email changes (bio, links, recent milestones) to hello@creatorheart.com and include your Spotlight link.
Submissions & Cities

Visit creatorheart.com/submit and fill the form. You’ll need a short bio, WebP profile image (under 100KB), and your Instagram handle. Minimum 10,000 followers required. Submission doesn’t guarantee publication.

We mainly feature creators from the USA, with coverage for Canada, the UK, and select European cities. You can browse creators at creatorheart.com/influencer or use city pages like Las Vegas, Chicago, Berkeley, Toronto.

Approved features typically publish within 1–2 business days.

Yes — optional boosts include homepage placement, top listings, social posts, and newsletter features. Contact collabs@creatorheart.com for packages.
Collaborations, Payments & Refunds

Brand opens a request → scope, deliverables, deadlines, usage, and price are agreed in chat → brand deposits the full amount in CreatorHeart escrow → creator delivers through the platform → brand approves, requests revisions, or opens a dispute within the review window.

After approval (or auto-approval), we schedule payouts (minus commission) to the creator’s registered bank; typically 3–5 business days, subject to processor/bank delays.

CreatorHeart charges a platform commission on each completed collaboration. The commission is not fixed and may differ for each project:
  • The commission percentage is discussed and agreed with the Creator before the collaboration is confirmed.
  • The agreed commission will be clearly recorded in the collaboration agreement inside the CreatorHeart chat before any payment is made.
  • Upon approval, the commission is deducted from the Creator’s payout; the remainder is released to the Creator.

Standard review window is 5 calendar days after delivery. Revisions follow what you agreed in chat (default up to 2 if not specified). New scope may require a paid change order.

Refunds (full/partial) may apply for non-delivery, material deviation that can’t be fixed within the revision limit, or creator withdrawal before delivery. Change of mind after meeting the brief, brand-caused delays, or minor style differences are not refundable.
Policies & Safety

We collect account/profile data, collaboration/chat records, payment/payout details, and usage data to operate the platform, process payouts, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion via hello@creatorheart.com.

Send a DMCA notice to hello@creatorheart.com with your legal name, contact details, description of the work, exact infringing URLs, a good-faith statement, and an electronic/physical signature.
