How Long We Keep It

• Account & profile: for your account’s life; we may retain minimal logs/backups up to 90 days after deletion for security.
• Chats & collab records: for the life of the collab + up to 3 years for dispute history.
• Payments & payouts: up to 7 years to meet accounting/tax requirements.
• Analytics logs: typically 12–24 months in aggregate form.

Who We Share With

• Payment processors & banks to take brand payments and send creator payouts.
• Hosting, email, and analytics providers to run our site and communications.
• Fraud & security vendors where needed to protect users and the platform.
• Authorities or advisors if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information. We also avoid sharing data for targeted advertising unless you’ve consented where required.

International Transfers

We are US-based and may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) for international transfers.
