This Collaboration & Payment Policy explains how CreatorHeart facilitates secure collaborations, holds brand payments in escrow, deducts commissions, and resolves disputes between Brands and Creators.

1. Our Role

  1. Initiation: Brand selects a Creator and opens a collaboration request.
  2. Agreement in Chat: Scope, deliverables, deadlines, usage rights, and price are agreed in the CreatorHeart chat.
  3. Escrow Funding: Brand deposits the full agreed amount with CreatorHeart before work starts.
  4. Delivery: Creator delivers the work through the platform by the agreed deadline.
  5. Review: Brand approves, requests revisions, or opens a dispute within the review window.

CreatorHeart charges a platform commission on each completed collaboration. The commission is not fixed and may differ for each project.
