Collaboration & Payment Policy

This Collaboration & Payment Policy explains how CreatorHeart facilitates secure collaborations, holds brand payments in escrow, deducts commissions, and resolves disputes between Brands and Creators.

1. Our Role

CreatorHeart is operated by GrowMediaMore LLC, 312 W 2nd St #A3573, Casper, WY 82601, USA. We act as a neutral intermediary and provide:

• Secure in-platform chat to discuss and finalize collaboration terms.
• An escrow system to hold Brand payments until delivery approval.
• Admin oversight to ensure fairness and handle disputes.

2. How Secure Collabs Work

1. Initiation: Brand selects a Creator and opens a collaboration request.
2. Agreement in Chat: Scope, deliverables, deadlines, usage rights, and price are agreed in the CreatorHeart chat.
3. Escrow Funding: Brand deposits the full agreed amount with CreatorHeart before work starts.
4. Delivery: Creator delivers the work through the platform by the agreed deadline.
5. Review: Brand approves, requests revisions, or opens a dispute within the review window.

3. Commission Rates & Deductions

CreatorHeart charges a platform commission on each completed collaboration. The commission is not fixed and may differ for each project.

• The commission percentage is discussed and agreed with the Creator before the collaboration is confirmed.
• The agreed commission will be clearly recorded in the collaboration agreement inside the CreatorHeart chat before any payment is made.
• Upon approval, the commission is deducted from the Creator’s payout; the remainder is released to the Creator.

4. Payment Release Process

• After the Brand approves delivery, CreatorHeart schedules the Creator’s payout (minus commission) to the Creator’s registered bank account.
• Payouts are typically processed within 3–5 business days of approval. Banking/processor delays are outside our control.
• If no Brand action occurs within the review window, the delivery may be auto-approved and payout proceeds.

5. Refund Rules

Refunds to Brands may be approved if:

• The Creator fails to deliver within the agreed timeline and no extension is mutually agreed.
• Delivered work is substantially different from the agreed brief and cannot be corrected within the agreed revision limit.
• The Creator withdraws before delivering any work.

Refunds are not granted for:

• Change of mind after delivery that meets agreed requirements.
• Delays caused by the Brand’s late feedback, missing inputs, or access.
• Minor differences in creative style or interpretation.

6. Dispute Resolution

If parties cannot resolve issues after revisions, either may open a dispute. CreatorHeart’s admin will:

• Review the chat agreement, deliverables, and timeline evidence.
• Request clarifications or additional proof if needed.
• Decide to release full/partial payment or issue a refund.

The admin’s decision is final and binding for both parties.

7. Currency & Fees

• All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Banks or processors may apply transfer, conversion, or gateway fees beyond CreatorHeart’s control.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Updates will appear here with a new “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be communicated in-app or via email.
